Non-standard LED structures appear on the streets of Russian cities in increasing frequency. In fact, they look unusual only to Russians. In many foreign countries citizens are quite used to seeing LED screens and signs of various shapes and forms. So far the giant (50 x 2 m) and very beautiful LED sign, assembled by “ATV Outdoor Systems” on the roof of “Norilsky proekt” institute (Norilsk, Leningradsky pr., 8a) seems unusual. But people get used to everything quick. But they will remember that it is the brightest and biggest LED signs in the Russian Federation.
