Until August of 2006 number of video LED screens in such large city as Samara was unjustifiably small. While many Russian large cities had already installed their own networks of LED screens Samara was an outsider in that sphere. The city obviously needed new installations of LED screens. After all, everyone nowadays agrees that LED video screens decorate our cities, introduce diversity to city landscape, inform citizens and lighten up moods.
In August 2006, specialists of “ATV Outdoor Systems” commissioned two LED twin-screens in Samara: near “Zvezda” cinema hall (Novosadovaya st, 106) and near SkyCity (Moskovskoye highway, C block).
